Any products returned to El Arcón del Fraile must be returned in perfect condition and completely protected. All products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure there is no damage or deterioration to the product.
In the event a product is returned, the Quality Control Department of EL ARCÓN DEL FRAILE will verify that the product has been returned in its original condition. Once this has been confirmed, a refund including the cost of transport incurred will then be effected, via the same method of payment that the client used for the original purchase.
In the event that a product does not live up to the client’s expectations, the client has the right to exchange this for another product, providing the original product that is returned weighs 80 per cent of its original weight i.e. no more than 20 per cent has been consumed.
On receipt of a returned product EL ARCÓN DEL FRAILE commits to undergo a specialist study by experts to determine if the product in question is in an acceptable condition, and if found not to be the case, the product will be substituted. In the event that the product is found to be in a perfect condition, the same product will be sent and the client will bear the costs of sending this product again.
